Refund policy
No Returns on Peptides
Due to the nature of peptides and laboratory chemicals, returns are not possible.
Once an order has been shipped, the product cannot be resold or re-inspected under sterile conditions.
This policy is necessary to protect the safety of our customers and to ensure the integrity and purity of our products.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Damaged Delivery or Broken Vial
If your order arrives damaged or contains a broken vial, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email and include clear photos.
Requirements:
- clear photos of the product
- clear photos of the original packaging
- clear photos of the visible damage
In these cases, we will send a replacement shipment free of charge. This is our standard solution to help you as quickly as possible.
Refunds (Only After a Second Shipment)
A refund is only possible if:
- there have been two shipments (the original shipment plus one free replacement shipment), and
- there is another issue with the second shipment as well, such as damage or a broken vial
In that exceptional case, we will offer a full refund.
In other words, we always send a replacement first; only in the event of repeated failure will a refund be considered.
Conditions for Replacement and Any Possible Refund
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos of the damaged product and the original packaging are required
- Products must be unused and in their original condition
- In some cases, you may be asked to return the damaged item for verification
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please always check your shipping information carefully. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
